Timbers Restart Guide Checklist



  1. Verify with tech on site that all lockers have been cleared:

    Any remaining items should be taken to Timbers lost and found.
    Take remaining items to Timbers lost and found.
    If Timbers approves: we can also re-drop any unpicked items and send a shared link to the customer via text.


  2. Check all locker statuses in React Admin:

    Confirm all lockers are empty.
    Take remaining items to Timbers lost and found.
    Re-drop unpicked items and send a shared link to customers (if approved by Timbers).


  3. Once all location transactions have been adjusted in React Admin, make all lockers statuses available in Harbor Admin:

    Lockers/doors not functioning properly will be placed into OOS (out of service).
    These are to be repaired on a future visit pending parts.


  4. In Harbor Admin select Towers:

    Change System Drop Down to: Portland Timbers
    Select the Name of the Tower you are clearing


    Scroll down and Edit all lockers with the following statuses:


    Occupied > Available [Assisgned user field is changed to blank] Hit SAVE


    Reserved > Available [Assisgned user field is changed to blank] Hit SAVE


    Rented > Available [Assisgned user field is changed to blank] Hit SAVE


    Declined > Available [Assisgned user field is changed to blank] Hit SAVE


    Out of service > Available [Assisgned user field is changed to blank] Hit SAVE


  5. Once Harbor Admin is accurately reflecting what the tech reports on site the rep will:

    Select: RESET EVENTS
    Then click: CONFIRM


  6. The tech on-site will now use the Harbor Cockpit App (Make sure this is a fresh log-in every time):

    Environment drop-down change to: Production Log in
    Login to the app with a personal user or use these tech credentials:

    Username: harborfieldtech@harborconnect.com
    Password: H@rbor123!


    Discover Connect to Tower


    Connect > OK


    Set Tower ID > Paste [Copied] Tower ID


    Make sure that [Download Tower Configuration] is checked


    Then click SAVE NEW TOWER ID > OK > Done


    Discover Connect to Tower (Original Tower will return)


    Connect > OK


    Test Hardware > Port 1 | Open Door to test connection, then > Open All > OK


    Tech will report back to the rep of any doors they are unable to consistently open to place into OOS (Out of service)


    The Tech and Rep will move on to the DropLocker test steps


  7. The rep will log back into the React Admin page:

    Selection the Locations tab
    Search for a Timbers location: Gate A & B ID#299, Gate C ID#300 or Gate F ID#297


    Adjust the location price point drop-down from $15 to $0 Plan and Click SAVE


  8. The rep will prepare for tech to do test drop-offs and pick-ups:

    Rep will go into Harbor Admin and under “Towers” set all lockers' access modes from “Public” to “Restricted”
    The rep will only leave one locker tower as “Public” and have the tech do the following:


    Have the Tech on-site open the DropLocker App


    Next the Tech will select Store it in a locker for myself > “Accept Terms” > Search for Locker you left in “Public” and click Select Location > Choose a locker size and hit OK


    The locker will use Bluetooth to connect to the locker and show the door it will be opening shortly. Once the phone connects they will choose Open Locker Door


    The door will open and the tech will choose that the item is in the locker and then close the door. And choose Done


    The Tech will choose the Pickup or My Drop Offs tab in the DropLocker App


    Have Tech choose Open Locker > “Are you ready to end your locker rental?” > Yes


    The door will Bluetooth connect to the locker and show the door will be opening shortly


    They will choose “Open Locker Door > choose Done - End Rental Solid Green Light:

    If any errors occur during the drop-off or pick-up stages, the Reset Tower Events steps will need to be repeated, beginning at Step #2.


    The Rep will go back into Harbor Admin and change the locker status from “Public” back to “Restricted”


    Once you have finished the first Locker Tower, move on to the next Locker Tower and repeat Step 8 until each locker has been tested with a successful drop-off and pick-up without receiving any errors.


  9. 9. The rep will Change all lockers to “Restricted”:

    Lockers will remain in this status until 2-3 hours before game day.
    2-3 hours before the game Rep will change all lockers back to “Public”


    Rep will log back into the React Admin page and select the Locations tab


    Search for a Timbers location: Gate A & B ID#299, Gate C ID#300 or Gate F ID#297


    Rep will go into the React Admin and adjust the location price point drop-down from $0 to $15 Plan and Click SAVE
